Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintain records of employees (hard copy & soft copy)
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary
- Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
- Involving in recruitment, selection and orientation for new staff
- Working on various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees and executing the same
- Responsible for time office functions for all employees and providing monthly salary inputs for the payroll team
- Maintaining proper records of company and employee information so they can be used as and when required
- Responsible for proper documentation of company and employee documents
- Initializing, redesigning, educating and implementation of new HR policies, procedures and strategies and change management
- Identification of Training and development need and execute planned trainings and development programs in association with external or internal trainers or consultants
- Performing different administrative works, procurement and preparing official letters and documents
- Responsible for renewals of company documents, staff documents and so on.
