Job Description
- Management of employee life cycle events such as the starters and the leavers’ process;
- Posting job ads and shortlisting the resumes;
- Assisting with staff inductions, scheduling job interviews;
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Employee relations: addressing and resolving employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing conflict resolution.
- Performance management: conducting performance evaluations, setting performance goals, and coaching employees to improve their performance.
- Employee data management: maintaining accurate employee records and data, tracking attendance, and processing payroll.
- Collaborating with other departments and senior management to support company initiatives and goals.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems and databases.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Carries out any other functions assigned by the Management Committee from time to time.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
