Job Description

• Management of employee life cycle events such as the starters and the leavers’ process;
• Posting job ads and shortlisting the resumes;
• Assisting with staff inductions, scheduling job interviews; 
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
• Employee relations: addressing and resolving employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing conflict resolution.
• Performance management: conducting performance evaluations, setting performance goals, and coaching employees to improve their performance.
• Employee data management: maintaining accurate employee records and data, tracking attendance, and processing payroll.
• Collaborating with other departments and senior management to support company initiatives and goals.
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating     
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks     
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems and databases.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Carries out any other functions assigned by the Management Committee from time to time.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
