Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and training.

 

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  •  Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

 

Employee Relations:

  •  Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution when necessary.
  •  Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and maintaining a positive employee relations environment.

 

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist in salary and compensation reviews, benchmarking, and adjustments.

 

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Track and report on performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

 

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Encourage and facilitate employee professional development opportunities.

 

Legal Compliance:

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining employment contracts and agreements.

 

HR Reporting:

  •  Generate HR reports and metrics to provide insights for management decision-making.
  •  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
