Job Description

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and objectives.

 

Job Requirements

  • Master's's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years+ proven experience with a focus on strategic HR planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manange HR teams.
