Job Description
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Implement and oversee performance monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure employee productivity and development.
- Provide counseling and guidance to employees on professional and personal matters.
- Develop HR policies and manuals aligned with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Timely address queries from staff, executives, and relevant personnel.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports on staff performance, engagement, and other HR metrics.
- Conduct orientation programs for new staff, introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HR software, Office package, and other relevant tools to streamline HR processes and data management.
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Display excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
