Job Description
- Post vacancy in various platforms as per information provided by HR
- Handle pre-employment screening through telephone
- Call and email candidates to inform about interview date and time
- Provide onboarding training like leave form submission through application, and procedure to enter data in MIS
- Maintain new employee personal records both in MIS and e-attendance system
- Review and update documents, and files of each employee from the start to the end of their employment including process employment changes, and updates.
- Follow-up with employees to collect pending documents like PAN card, bank account number etc.
- Monitor attendance and notify employees of late in/early out/insufficient hours
- Maintain leave record of employees and provide status monthly
- Track dates of employees under probation period and provide prohibitory employee performance form to respective Supervisor
- Assist in planning and coordination of company programs like employee appreciation/engagement/training/festival celebration/special events
- Distribute and collect forms for post training feedback from participants and provide summarized report
- Collect information from gratitude board and provide summarized report
- Communicate with employees regarding their status of employment contract and notify for timely renew
- Carry out surveillance of compliance of individual OKRs in all Departments and give necessary notification monthly
- Conduct periodic survey as per requirement with an objective to drive feedback collection from all functions to gauge levels of employee satisfaction
- Get design ready from Designer for HR branding through social media
- Act as a resource for employees regarding information on company policies
- Timely update Organization Structure/Organogram immediately upon position falling vacant or addition in manpower or policy decision to change org structure
- Prepare company letters as assigned by Supervisor.
