Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the performance management process, including setting objectives, tracking progress, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities to the management team.
Job Specification
- Master's in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
