  • Bachelor's preferrably Masters degree in management or related field
  • 7-8 yrs work experience as HR officer or relevant
  • Excellent communication skill in both Nepali and English
  • Proficeint in MS office package,google sheet
  • Knowledge of HR systems and database
  • Excellent active listening,negotiation and presentation skills.

 

Job Description:

  • Align, implement and measure the formulated plans and problem solving if necessary
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost effective way
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Providing counseliing on policies and procedures
  • Maintaining attendance log, preparing budgets and payroll management
  • Employee recruitment and retention
  • Develop training and development program
  • Performance management, review and greivance handling
  • Maintaining and managing employee database
  • Manage office supplies stock,negotiate with vendors and place orders
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Managing company's asset, keeping records, repair and maintenance
  • Providing general adminsitrative and HR support.
