Qualification/Skills
A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is required, along with 5+ years of work experience in hotel housekeeping, or a similar field. The candidate should be customer-oriented with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee housekeeping staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet established cleanliness and service standards.
2. Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient daily operations.
3. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards, promptly addressing any issues.
4. Create and manage work schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely turnover of rooms and efficient workflow.
5. Address guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping, striving to enhance the overall quest experience and satisfaction.
