Job Description

  • Oversee and lead the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry personnel, and housekeeping supervisors.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and linens.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the housekeeping department budget.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
