Job Description:

LANDMARK PASHUPATI Hotel by Trade Tower Group is a new hotel under the esteemed Trade Tower Group, set to open its doors in two months. Located in Gaushala, Kathmandu, the hotel promises a unique and luxurious experience for our guests.

Under this job, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the hotel's day-to-day activities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.

Guest Services: Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Budget Management: Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.

Quality Control: Maintain and enforce quality standards for services, facilities, and guest interactions.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and implement strategies to attract guests.

Compliance:  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
