Competencies and qualifications required

• Experienced and familiar working with vulnerable groups (victims of abuse and exploitation) and communities especially children, youth and women.
• In depth knowledge of human psychology and personality traits.
• Good skill on case management documentation.
• Experience of working with children, youth and women.
• Good working knowledge and practice on adolescent health, FP and SRH.
• Prior experience of conducting health camps and campaigns
• HA or PCL Nursing with minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field with specialized training on psychosocial counselling.
• Very good planning, observation, assessment, interpretation, communication and motivational skills
• Good command over Nepali and English language
• Dynamic and dependable with good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good report writing skill.

Salary for all the positions will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements and qualification.
