Job Description

  • Developing and executing comprehensive OEM sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Leading and managing a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

 

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Master's Degree
  • Experience: 10 years plus of experience in Steel or construction materials
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to inform decision-making.
