Job Description:

  • Greeting guests upon check-in and bidding them farewell upon checkout.
  • Handling guest grievances and issues quickly and effectively.
  • Watching over VIP visitors, arrivals, and departures.
  • Coordinating and juggling multiple tasks while at work in a hectic atmosphere.
  • Should be knowledgeable about the hotel, the city, and the competitors.
  • Detailed instructions on how to arrive and what to bring for your accommodation.
  • Get current data on daily room occupancy
  • Delivering superior guest service in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Welcoming visitors as they come and go from the hotel.
  • Providing details on the hotel, local activities, attractions, etc.
  • Verify VIP reservations, finish pre-registration requirements.
  • Give each arriving visitor a room.
  • Up-to-date knowledge about hotel rates, ongoing specials, deals, and bundles.
 

Job Specification:

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
