Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field. 2+ years of work experience as a Guest Relations Associate or a similar role. Professional certification in Hotel Management will be preferred. Should be a customer-oriented individual with a good knowledge of hospitality industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• GSA is responsible for greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. In addition, they maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
• Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times and maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department’s especially housekeeping, reservations etc.
