• Completed Bachelor's degree or above in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred
• Should have a good command of spoken and written English
• Must be able to efficiently guide the students in theory as well as practical classes
• Should have Software Knowledge of  Windows and DOS Operating Systems
• Good command of MS Office package
• Knowledge of child-centered teaching and learning methodology
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of kids and respond to them properly

Job Description

• To educate children according to guidelines provided by the school management.
• To  facilitate the child’s holistic development by creating a stimulating and positive environment conducive to learning using informal creative play strategies
• Create conducive learning environment in the classroom with proper classroom management
• Prepare and deliver lessons (theoretical and practical) to classes of different ages and abilities
• Help students develop computer skills to fulfill their need
• Motivate students for learning new things 
• Inspire students for shaping positive behavior
• To ensure that all lessons are planned with clear aims and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
