Experience:

1. Minimum 25 years working with major international companies.
2. Minimum 15 years working on major infrastructure projects.
3. Minimum 15 years overseas based experience.
4. Minimum 5 years as Country Manager.
5. Some experience of working in Nepal preferred but not essential
6. Participation in Supervisory Boards as Board Member of Chair.
7. Relevant recognized qualification in profession from International Institution or body, degree qualified.

Skills:

1. Strong negotiation skills.
2. Business skills including budget and financial planning.
3. Highest values of business integrity and compliance.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills including people management.
5. Very good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proven ability to engage with employees in a respectful and conservative manner.
7. Fluency in English is an absolute requirement.
