Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s in Social Science or related field; Master’s in Gender studies preferred;
- At least 7 years of experience (5 years for GSI) in similar position
- Experience on leading the development and planning of GESI strategy, training, coaching and mentoring
- Prior experience in USAID funded projects
- Demonstrated experience in working in consortium projects
- Strong Communication skills both in English and Nepali, added value if s/he has expertise on Maithali and Bhojpuri language.
