Duty Location: Based in Dailekh district headquarters with frequent visit to project areas
Contract Duration: Long term position, renewal in annual basic
Direct reports to: Executive Director/Deputy Executive Director
Matrix Reports: Program Focal Person- HELVETAS Nepal
Report to this position: Field Coordinator, Site engineer, technical facilitator and other staffs

Budget Responsibilities: As per the SOD/Project Agreement
Types of Exams: Written and Interview
Education: TSLC or pre – diploma in civil engineering.
Experience: At least with one year experience, or plumbing trade level -1 with two-year experience in water supply, plumbing, or related fields.
Language: A good communicator, and multi-language proficiency.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of water infrastructure or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to use tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Working experience on water-related projects in a field technician capacity.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to water infrastructure.
- Familiarity with functionality monitoring tools and data collection techniques.
