Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Take and deliver messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors by providing information about the company and its services.
  • Escort visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and manage the availability calendar.
