In summary, this position’s main focus is as follows:
- Student, staff and guest relations
- Documentation / Data & Analysis
- Manage and overlook the smooth operations of the Front Office.
- Training and development of Front Office staff.
- Supports other departments to achieve the company’s vision, mission and goals.
- Strive to continually improve internal and external customer’s satisfaction.
- Main point of contact for all special guest requests (to be delivered or delegated to the right team member) including those guests staying at GATE apartments.
Candidate criteria preference
- Bachelors ( preferably hospitality sector)
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality sector preferably front office )
- Flexible with time
- Leader qualities
- Good communication - both written and verbal.
