Job Description

In summary, this position’s main focus is as follows:

  • Student, staff and guest relations
  • Documentation / Data & Analysis
  • Manage and overlook the smooth operations of the Front Office.
  • Training and development of Front Office staff.
  • Supports other departments to achieve the company’s vision, mission and goals.
  • Strive to continually improve internal and external customer’s satisfaction.
  • Main point of contact for all special guest requests (to be delivered or delegated to the right team member) including those guests staying at GATE apartments.

 

Candidate criteria preference

  • Bachelors ( preferably hospitality sector)
  • At least 1 year experience in hospitality sector preferably front office )
  • Flexible with time
  • Leader qualities
  • Good communication - both written and verbal.
