Job Description

  • Ensure that the front desk staff provides excellent customer service to guests.
  • Monitor the performance of the front office staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the accuracy of reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Ensure that the front office is adequately staffed and that staff is properly trained.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the front office area.
  • Ensure that all front office equipment is in working order.
