Job Description
- Supervision: Oversee and lead the front office team members, concierges, and bellboys.
- Training: Organize training for new hires as well as training for the existing front office team.
- Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, oversee the arrival of VIP guests and ensure their requested amenities are provided.
- Operations: Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, handle complaints, manage room bookings, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as necessary.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including shift scheduling, reporting, assigning duties and responsibilities, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP), and overseeing cash handling procedures.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and communicate with other departments as required.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review and adjust standard operating procedures to maintain optimal service levels.
