Job Description

  • Handling Guests feedback & complaints amicably.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
  • Supervise and lead the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.
  • Oversee the reservation system, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
