Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
 

Job Specification

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
