Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the relevant individuals, take messages, and provide general information about the organization.
- Coordinates bookings and setting up of meeting rooms.
- Maintain a Reception Handbook with procedures to aid and support staff covering Reception duties, when required.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Organizes and files company documents.
- Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies, kitchen food items, and facilities supplies.
- Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Acting as point person for any issues pertaining to technology equipment and office space.
- Provides support for the teams when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
