- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing procedures.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing the distribution of mail and packages.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor running can apply.
- Proven 2 years of experience in a customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and reservation software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
