Other Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
• At least 2/3 years of work experience in similar position
• Knowledge and experience of accounting and billing systems
• Adequate knowledge of Payroll, PF, CIT and TDS.

Job Description:

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, payments, and other transactions)
• Verify and process payroll transactions.
• Review/record accounts payable and accounts receivable in line with organizational policies and necessary follow-up.
• Ensure that the financial system is always up to date with financial data. 
• Manage petty cash 
• Reconciliation and settlement of accounts
• ensure all monthly and periodic accounting period closing activities are done properly
• Other as per the requirement of the job.
