• Minimum Bachelors in related fields with specialization in accounts and Finance
• Minimum 3 Years of experience as Finance Officer
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally/Saral and MIS
• Thorough Knowledge of Accounting, Business Law, Taxation and Administrative System
• Familiar with banking transaction involving LC, BG, Bank Loan & Advances Management Financial Issue.

Job Description:

• Maintain financial report daily and weekly
• Responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management to help them make informed decisions.
• Provide advice to management on financial and strategic matters.
• Regular Review of Bank Statement and monitoring its payments, disbursement.
• Preparation of MIS report/final account on monthly/quarter basis
• Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues
• Preparing and reviewing Bank Statement, ledger balances, monthly accounts and financial reports
• Maintaining and monitoring the company’s financial systems (Purchase, sales, Stock Journal, receipt, payment, contra, Journal, Debit Note, Credit Note vouchers etc)
• Handling import related task such as Order, Proforma, HSN, LC, Pragyapan, Bibini, LC settlement etc.
• Calculation of Landing including custom cost for MRP.
• Update Purchase and sales Register and timely submit to IRD.
• Utilize Database software to organize financial account information.
• Prepare Audit Related docs in close coordination with assigned Auditor.
