Other Specification:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree with 3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• Semi Qualified CA/ACCA are encouraged to apply
• Prior working experience in trading sector
• Experience using financial software preferably vision
• Proficient in using MS excel, MS word
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
• Working Knowledge of taxation system in Nepal including TDS, VAT, advance taxes
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including financial statements, general ledger accounts, and financial reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance Officer who has prior working experience in a trading business and has excellent organizational skills and can handle time-sensitive tasks.

You should be familiar with preparing B/S, I/S, CFS, posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, filing claims, preparing costing reports and uploading it in the accounting system.  

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and prepare financial reports for senior management
• Prepare annual financial reports including Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash flow statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Reconcile bank statements
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements, and managing financial audits. 
• Review and implement financial policies
• Submit tax return in compliance with relevant tax laws.
