Job Description:
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Plan for the execution of internal audit, statutory audit & legal audit.
- Ensure monthly compliance with Value Added Tax (VAT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) & Social Security Fund (SSF).
- Work on monthly book closing & reporting of financials to the investors.
- Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
- Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Aid management to make financial decisions.
- Review and process payments of the company.
- Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Maintain accounting system & financial system knowledge up to date.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
- Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of accounts & financial information.
- Deal with company stakeholders such as clients, vendors, auditors, legal team, banks & so on.
