The Financial Manager is responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, managing and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel
- Managing the accounting department
- Forecasting budgets
- Managing working capital including cash flows
- Working with investments
- Keeping and reporting accurate records of hotel accounts
- Compliance with government regulations (like tax and NRB)
- Conduct internal audit/external audit as required by BOD
- HR Management mainly payroll
- Ensure Night Audit Process are happening effectively
- Ensure robust internal control system for hotel
- Work as company secretary to BOD
- Maintaining relationships with relevant banks and insurance companies and many other duties.
