Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the company, specifically tailored for the auto industry.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to ensure the company’s financial health and growth.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, analyzing data for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations within the auto industry.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
• Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct financial analysis and present recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the auto industry.

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role within the auto industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulations within the auto industry.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office..
