Qualifications/Skills
- Chartered Accountant with minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in FMCG field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skill, knowledge of SAP and able to operate SAP
- Analytical Mindset, Leadership and Influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Able to prepare Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and track on monthly basis to reduce the same.
- Variance analysis of Bill of Materials of raw and packing materials vs. actual consumption.
- Transport logistics management for inflow and outflow of materials and finished goods.
- Manage local purchase as and when required at competitive price.
- Industrial complex guest house expense budgeting, sanction, and monitory
- Ensure the factory RM/PM/FG and asset insurance.
- Material handling and storage as per guidelines.
