Job Description

• Managing the overall Accounts/Finance and Sales & recovery of the Head Office and all the Clusters.
• Controlling daily business operations by devising and deploying short and long-range strategies to grow profitability and accomplish objectives. Directing day-to-day operations focused on attainment of key business metrics, continuous improvement, and direct reports to the management team.
• Developing organization systems for sales reports and financial records and strengthen operational traceability and operational efficiencies. Monitoring customer feedback to devise business strategies and determine process improvements for better customer experiences.
• Improving and controlling sales cycle, recovery and overdue with emphasis on POS and FOS and any other relevant clients.
• Formulating processes that enables team to improve assistance to clusters, resulting in reduction of down time and financial loss.
• Analyzing financial reports and preparing monthly reports for the management team.
• Monitoring inventory of product, office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Monitoring costs and expenses to forecast, prepare budget and optimize cost and benefits and reduce the operating cost and the leakage. Implementing policies and standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring practices adhere to policies and regulations.
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and keeping track of all the governing laws and their amendments and adhering to same. Assessing team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Managing team, training and allocating responsibilities.
• Working closely with all departments to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in Finance or related field
• Bachelor or Master's complete
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience with financial reporting, including preparing and presenting reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
