Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Analyzing Costing of goods from time to time to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Monitoring and reporting of Inventory management.
- Physical verification of stock and reconciliation on pre-determined intervals.
- Ensuring Timely Bank Reconciliation.
- Processing Invoices.
- Checking Sales Price and Purchase Price, report if any discrepancies.
- Analyzing Customer and Vendor Aging, Receive Balance Confirmations.
- Preparing Vendor and Customer Reconciliation Statements.
- Coordinating with Bank for documents submissions and other necessary tasks.
- Opening LC/TT as per need and record same in accounting software.
- Others as directed by Seniors.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in management / accounting or Chartered Accounting
- Should be able to handle accounts work and deal with related parties (banks, insurance companies, vendors, suppliers, government authority and auditors).
- Good written & verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Should be able to finalize financial reports as per statutory and financial requirements.
- Should be able to work extra hours on requirements.
- Should be able to handle work pressure.
