Job Description

  • Maintain healthy relation with dealers
  • Implement local sales promotion scheme
  • Collection of payment from dealer within the given timeline
  • Drive market execution
  • Develop existing market and create a new market
  • Achieve volume targets and KPIs set by his/her reporting manager.
  • Ascertain dealer inventory aging of less than 90 days.
  • Ascertain dealer aging of 60 days.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Ensure all the dealer claims and issues are promptly settled
  • Communicate company circular to the dealers in the effective manner.
  • Take note of dealer stock and communicate in time.
  • Ensure company communication related to dealers is communicated without any grievances
  • Assist seniors during field visit and to develop the future sales targets based on the market trends.
  • Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
  • Any other assignment or task as and when required and directed by management.
