Job Description
- Maintain healthy relation with dealers
- Implement local sales promotion scheme
- Collection of payment from dealer within the given timeline
- Drive market execution
- Develop existing market and create a new market
- Achieve volume targets and KPIs set by his/her reporting manager.
- Ascertain dealer inventory aging of less than 90 days.
- Ascertain dealer aging of 60 days.
- Market Intelligence
- Ensure all the dealer claims and issues are promptly settled
- Communicate company circular to the dealers in the effective manner.
- Take note of dealer stock and communicate in time.
- Ensure company communication related to dealers is communicated without any grievances
- Assist seniors during field visit and to develop the future sales targets based on the market trends.
- Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).
- Any other assignment or task as and when required and directed by management.
