Requirement:

  • At least BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) degree with specialization in Hospitality (essential).
  • Must have excellent knowledge of F&B Service/Production and Housekeeping with proven 3 years’ continuous Hospitality Management Experience in Reputed Hotel/Training Academy (essential).
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Superb track record in developing and executing hospitality training programs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with modern hospitality training processes.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and able to work under high pressure
  • Willing & available to work extra hours as requested
  • Must be young & charming personality, energetic, hardworking, well groomed.

Job Description:

  • Identify, assess & approach the Hospitality (F&B Service/Production and Housekeeping) Candidates from different available sources.
  • Identify and assess the Hospitality training needs (F&B Service/Production and Housekeeping) through job analysis, career paths and consultation with department managers.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods based on client’s guidelines.
  • Effectively manage the training budget and prepare trained pool of candidates for future supply.
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  • Assess trainees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of supply.
  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
  • Select and manage resources, technologies and technical personnel required to develop and deliver successful training in timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
