Job Description:

• Having working knowledge of Tally software and Microsoft excel and word.
• Should have basic idea about VAT, Vat return, E-TDS, and Tax laws
• Prepare management report as required by the management.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Timely physical stock verification with Accounting Software
• Basic knowledge of Letter of Credit and costing
• Bank Reconciliation.

Job Specification:

• Proficient with MS Office.
• Aptitude for detail.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment.
• Good English communication skills - written for email correspondence and verbal for phone discussions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.(Runnning is also acceptable)
• Good Data Entry Management Skill.
• Excellent Reporting and Analytical Skill.

Note - Candidate must have two wheeler & license.
