Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lectures to students in a range of topics related to English.
• Evaluate and grade student assignments and exams.
• Provide guidance and advice to students on their language learning progress.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and techniques.
• Monitor student performance and progress.
• Participate in faculty and staff meetings, educational conferences, and other professional development activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of English language and literature.

Requirement

• Master's Degree in English with First Division.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in teaching English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to students.
• Proficient in the use of computers and educational software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Very Fluent in English.
