Job Description:

We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person. *The job is for remote assistance however, you will be working in a physical branch office.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

• Providing professional academic advice for international students
• Prepare relevant documents for students' applications
• Communicate with educations providers to follow up students' applications
• Assist students' applications and enrollments
• Assist students' visa application
• Support actively all the relevant promotion
• Support marketing team for student activities
• Focus on growing the Nepalese Subcontinent student market.
• Achieve individual student placement target by applying effective sales conversion techniques
• Tracking and managing lead (enquiries) and student life cycle pipeline on company Customer Relationship Management platform
• Increase referrals from existing students and other student communities/events
• Engagement activities with education institution representatives
• Other related tasks as required by the business.

Skills and Experience:

This role is heavily customer and sales focused in the International Education sector. You will be required to have the following experience/skills: 

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
• Highly efficient and attention to detail
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry
• TITI Certificate or QEAC Certified candidates would be preferred
• Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment
• Proven track record of strong sales achievement
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.

Offered Salary: Negotiable + incentive and bonus.

Candidates who have prior education counselling experience will be highly regarded.
