Job Description
- Oversee and drive the online sales strategy for our products on our website and various marketplaces.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
- Optimize Marketplace Accounts/ Website:
- Take ownership of our presence on different marketplaces, ensuring optimized product listings and a strong brand representation.
- Regularly monitor and update product information, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Work closely with different teams to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
- Ensure online campaigns are run on time and executed well
- Ensure that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of website changes
- Schedule and communicate intensive site maintenance, as needed.
- Utilize digital analytics tools to gather and analyze data, identifying trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize website and marketplace performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Team up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through online channels.
- Address customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Running or Completed
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and management.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketplace dynamics and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
