- At least eight (8) years of experience working in the field of inclusive education, disability rights, gender and social inclusion, or related field
- Advanced degree in education, social sciences, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of marginalized populations within Nepal, including disability populations
- Experience working outside of Kathmandu
- Demonstrated familiarity with policies related to education, gender, and equity and inclusion in Nepal
- Demonstrated understanding of inclusive education, particularly the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework and how it relates to teachers and administrators as well as curricula and pedagogical practices.
- Demonstrated familiarity with EMIS
- Demonstrated ability to engage and mobilize diverse partners, developing stakeholder networks, and successfully communicating and coordinating among key stakeholders.
