  • Masters Prefered. Atleast Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing,BBA,BBS,BBM)
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing Role along with graphic designing skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of SEO and its impact on content design.
  • Familiarity with web design, graphic design, video content and motion graphic is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams and understand their objectives.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadline
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.

 

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, monitor the performance of digital assets, and optimize designs based on user engagement data and insights.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, including posting updates, responding to comments, and growing the online community.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase organic and paid search visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Design infographics, illustrations, and visual elements to support content marketing efforts, making information more visually appealing and shareable.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Ensure the company's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and conversions.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and capture leads through various online channels.
  • Design graphics for social media platforms, including posts,logos, banners, cover images, and advertisements to increase engagement and reach.
