- Negotiating the terms and finalizing the contract between the company and the client
- Interviewing Candidates and managing the interview process with the employers

- Carry out promotional activities as per the company's promotional plan/strategies
- Database management of the customers
- Monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction
- Interact with the clients to make sure that satisfaction and promotion of facilities and services are adequately met.
- Deal with customers’ complaints and listen to some feedback to improve services
- Ability to make digital marketing.

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong IT skills.
- Experience in customer service.

- Organized and thorough in approach to work
- Must have a good command of the English language.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and able to handle customers. He or she needs to work at least from 2 PM to 10 PM (Monday to Friday).
