  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, online reputation management, and crisis communication strategies is a plus. 
  • Having prior experience in content creation, writing, and photography/videography would be beneficial.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. 
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with our brand voice, values, and marketing objectives. 
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management. 
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement. 
  • Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing to optimize our presence and reach. 
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive relationships with our online community. 
  • Explore and implement new initiatives such as influencer partnerships, user-generated content campaigns, and social media advertising to expand our reach and impact. 
  • Monitor online reputation and address any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
