Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities aligned with business goals. 
  • Create and execute a holistic marketing strategy that combines digital and offline marketing tactics.
  • Strong Experience regarding marketing strategies such as print media, events, direct mail, and other traditional marketing channels and social media platforms,(e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, Google ads, Facebook ads.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels for lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion, Brand Promotion, Business Development 
  • Analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and improvements, Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and ROI.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for various digital marketing channels.

 

Educational Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any discipline.

 

Knowledge and Experience Requirements: 5 to 8 years

  • Lead Generation Experiences from: Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and all other platforms. 
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar strategic and operational role ideally within a Student Recruitment Agency or a higher education institution or another organization that had an element of youth marketing within it. (A/I) 
  • Campaign Management – experience in delivering campaigns to meet corporate business objectives covering traditional and digital media (A/I) 
  • Good understanding of specialist marketing software including -Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, email, text, geofence and other new trend marketing with integrated CRM system(Customer Relationship Management systems) (I) 
  • Experience in providing advice and information that influences and shapes the decisions of others. The ability to identify possible options previously not considered, evaluate their wider and longer-term impact and then implement the decisions taken (I)
  • Able to use professional knowledge and experience to identify issues, trends and problems and manage resources towards those goals(I) 
  • Experience of effectively managing external agencies.
