Location: 2 – Kathmandu & 2 – Chitwan Stations

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in installation, maintenance and providing after sales service of all kinds of Dental products/accessories/equipment in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal.
• To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calibration, demonstration, follow-up all new equipment/software/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipment / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable
• Maintain updated database of all Service-related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, submit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc.
• Performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and the Management.

Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Science/Dental Technology/Electronics Engineering with experiences of installing, service & maintenance of Dental equipment/chairs/equipment etc.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Dental Technician repairing, installation, providing after sales services for all kinds of Dental Products in Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.

Must possess own 2-Wheeler and updated Licenses.

Salary & Perks: Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates. All candidates must have professional experiences working in above mentioned positions in the Medical Sectors – Hospitals/Clinics and must be frequently willing to travel throughout Nepal as part of employment.
