Job Description

  • Responsible for resolving customer queries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience and generating leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate customers about our products and services and assist with placing orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
 

Job Specification

  • Customer Service Representatives should be equipped with skills that allow them to represent the company at all times and should be able to communicate effectively in English with customers
  • Customer Experience skills will be required to ensure that each customer has an optimum experience with our services.
  • Excellent English communication, listening, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • A customer-focused approach towards work is important.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Comfort in learning various applications used in a contact center.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
