Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • knowledge and flair for the stock markets and computers, you enjoy helping others
  • Keen learner with a disciplined attitude, you take delight in speaking over the phone and communicating on emails
  • Team player with effective analytic and communication skills, you resolve customer queries faster than the speed of light
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
